Pitch Count Limits In any exhibition, regular league game, playoff or Regional and State Final games, no player may pitch more than a total of 95 pitches in a day. Note: A pitcher is permitted to exceed 95 pitches to complete the current batter he is facing. A pitcher may not make more than two (2) appearances in any three (3) consecutive calendar day period. *For a pitcher to be eligible to pitch in a 2nd game on the same day, he must throw less than 31 pitches in the 1st game. Note: a day is defined as 8am to 8am. *Required Rest Period (1-30 Pitches, No rest required), (31- 45, 1 Day), (46-60, 2 Days), (61-75, 3 Days), (76+, 4 Days). Any team in violation of this rule will cause the game(s) to be forfeited in which the player illegally pitched.
PLEASE NOTE: For days rest calculation. Pitch counts DO NOT revert back to start of batter. You may however exceed 95 maximum to finish a batter.
