Information:
All participating leagues are expected to send at least one representative. Rep should be able to provide information regarding number of teams league expects to field this season for Big League; field availability information (what days, nights and times games can be scheduled at league facility) and anticipated dates when team(s) will not be available to play due to schedule conflicts impacting majority of roster (such as prom, graduation). Schedules for all teams will be created using this input and shared with all teams prior to April Organizational meeting when schedules will be finalized.
