Information:
All participating leagues are expected to send a representative who can finalize and approve scheduling information for their league's teams -- this includes confirming the number of teams the league will enter in 2014 season, field availability (days that BL games can be scheduled) and black out dates for teams (senior prom, graduation, other conflicts when team will NOT be able to play). Preliminary season schedules will be shared with leagues prior to this meeting.
