1) Contract, COI and deposit are due 4/28
2) Finalize rules. The prize is bigger and we should lay out how we are seeding for the 3rd game and playoffs. We have 10 IN and expect to have 12 teams IN by tournament time.
3) Program, Announcing, some volunteers from each team will be needed.
4) Rubber wristlets?
I've been in contact with Thomas Servello who is the Director of marketing and communication for RMH. He has been in touch with CBS and is will to help us out with some PR and contacts for Macdonald's regional offices. Any ideas on how we can best utilize these contacts.
