Preseason workout camps are designed for our athletes and potential athletes to come workout with our coaches and staff. These workouts consist of instructional basketball drills, conditioning, and offensive/defensive concepts. Parents will get to meet the CYBL staff and ask any questions they may have pertaining to the recreation league. On site registration will be available if any one wants to register in person.
