REPORT TIME

All Athletes must report at the SJA Team tent for warm ups and instructions by 12:15 pm, irrespective of their race time. There will not be enough time and space to prepare runners and do elaborated warm ups necessary to compete. So even if you are running the last race, please report by 12:15 pm.
WALK-THROUGH
-------------------
In order to know the course and avoid any confusion during the race, all Athletes must be present for walk-throughs. Walk throughs will be right after the warm ups.
All athletes must collect their stickers/wrist bands before their race.
COVID REGULATIONS
-------------------------
All athletes must be masked when NOT Running. They must Carry their masks with them or will not be allowed to Race.
The meet host reserve the right to require spectators to wear masks.

UNIFORM AND SHOES

Athletes wear Cross Country Uniform T-shirt, available for purchase or SJA yellow Gym t-shirt. All youth and adult sizes available. T-shirts/hoodies will be available on the day of the meet for purchase, if needed.
Please have extra pair of socks and shoes, for muddy n wet conditions. Be prepared with light layers of clothing since weather changes pretty quick during CC meets.
Please DO NOT have your child run in Basketball or any other fancy shoes for Cross country. They can very easily get ankle/ foot injuries.
Any running sneakers or preferably trail running shoes are recommended for good heel cushion and enough support on unpaved courses.
FOOD n SNACKS

There will be small concessions at the meet. Please pack light n healthy snack for your child along with water/juice.
SEATING

There are no bleachers or any seating available. This venue is very small and space is an issue. We will have a designated Tent area/seating area for our Team. Please respect all instructions by the meet host for seating. Please bring chairs/tents/picnic blankets for your comfort.
PARKING

Please park alongside the park or neighboring streets. There is no parking lot to this facility. Sorry for any inconvenience.
