In your absence, your are giving permission to Camas-Washougal Babe Ruth Baseball to take the necessary actions to provide transportation and treatment for your child in case of an emergency requiring medical attention.
Hold Harmless/Code of Conduct
The above named player has my permission to participate in the Camas-Washougal Babe Ruth Baseball program. I/We acknowledge that this sporting activity may be hazardous to the player and we assume all risks by allowing the above named player to play. I/We further agree to hold harmless Camas-Washougal Babe Ruth, Babe Ruth League, INC. and any director, sponsor or agent of either organization free from liability, damages or claims arising from any injury to the above mentioned player or players property.
All players, coaches, and parent/guardians will adhere to the Babe Ruth Code of Conduct policies, including good sportsmanship, fair play, and support of Camas-Washougal Babe Ruth. By checking this box, you are indicating your agreement to the above. All concerns will be evaluated by the Board, and will be addressed with the above in mind.
Registration Fee
The registration fee for the 2024 Spring season is $350 (does not include uniform, that will be determined by each team individually). Payment will be collected by your team manager after teams are formed. Refunds, minus $50, may be made up until the date that games begin.
