If selected to coach or be a team staff member with the West Valley Wolverines organization, I promise to be a positive role model for players, parents, coaches, and chapter staff members.
If I am a head coach, assistant coach, or team staff, I will not cuss, swear, fight, intimidate, bully, verbally abuse, players, parents, coaches, or any representatives of the West Valley Wolverines.
If I am an assistant coach I will not argue with the head coach, attempt to undermine, gossip, or speak negatively about your head coach or other team staff.
I will treat players, parents, other staff members, and chapter staff members with professionalism and respect.
This organization was established for children and parents who wish to be a part of a program that revolves around respecting each other. Causing trouble in this organization will result in a one year suspension the following year. We will strive every year to keep this organization trouble free for the people we serve.
