I, the undersigned, hereby agree and confirm that I am attending the “tryout camp” or “workout” of Kane County Elite Baseball being held at Marmion Academy High School during the month of July 2019 at my own cost and risk. I furthermore agree and understand that certain risks are associated with such activities. I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and waive all claims of any nature now or hereafter existing, whether known or unknown by Kane County Elite Baseball against them and/or any and all of their coaches, officers, partners, directors, shareholders, owners and/or affiliates resulting in whole or in any part from my participation in such activities, INCLUDING ALL CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE IN WHOLE OR IN PART DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.
