BINGO VOLUNTEER FORM

The success of our program is dependent upon the commitment of our CHHS football families. Each player's family is asked to commit to a minimum of 8 volunteer hours. Bingo is one of our main events we need a lot of volunteers. We encourage you to share your time and talents with our program.

Bingo Volunteers MUST be 18 years old.

Please provide the following information:
We need 20 Volunteers for EACH of the following dates. Please Select ALL the dates below you are available to Volunteer to work Bingo.
You will need to arrive by 9:45am. Bingo is at the School in the Small Gym - Glacier Gym. Use the parking lot off Picasso Dr.
