Please fill out the form to pre-enter this tournament. The registration information will be sent to the tournament director, however you will not be officially entered in the tournament until payment is received.

All entry forms and payments must be received by the Monday prior to the tournament. Failure to submit payment will result in your team being removed from the tournament.
