Summer Workout Survey

We are planning to starting our Summer workouts at the SL practice field soon! We will be doing bodyweight workouts to start. These workouts are not mandatory, so if you do not feel comfortable, you do not have to attend. We are trying our best to get back on schedule and get in shape for the upcoming season. These workouts are open to all returning players as well as new potential players! We are waiting on approval, but we are hoping to start July 6th.

We will follow CDC Guidelines: We will separate kids into groups of 8-9 kids, with each group maintaining proper social distancing. Each group will be 20 yards away from other groups. All kids will be required to wear mask to and from the field (you will not have to wear the mask when working out). Each coach will be wearing a mask throughout the workout. Kids will need to provide their own water bottles. Coaches will sanitize any equipment that is used.

Practices will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We will offer a morning session (8-9am) and an evening session (5-6pm). Please select the session you would like to attend below. It is important that you sign up for one of the sessions if you plan on attending. We need to know the headcount in order to follow the guidelines. If you select "either", watch for an email from coach indicating which one you should attend.
