By-Law / Rule Change Request Form

In the spirit of always trying to improve the league, this form is to provide players with an avenue to give feedback. This form is used in several ways. Players can request a change or addition to a league by-law. Players can send feedback directly to the league President and do not have to go through managers. Also, players are welcome to use the forum to express their opinion.
