Hall of Fame Nomination

FMBL HALL OF FAME NOMINATION FORM

The FMBL Hall of Fame will recognize exceptional contributions to the league (either on or off the field, or a combination of both) which are noteworthy of recognition beyond our normal website blurb or pat on the back. The members of our FMBL Hall of Fame signify what our league stands for -- excellence, leadership, character, commitment, etc.

Basic Qualification Criteria:

1. Nominee must be in good standing with the league -- cannot have any funds owed to the league for current or past seasons.
2. Nominee must have played a minimum of 5 seasons, or served as an official (board, umpire, etc) for the league for at least 5 seasons, or a combination of both equal to 5 full seasons.
3. If Nominee does not qualify under criteria #2, Nominee must have gifted a minimum $5000 value in total contributions/sponsorships/etc to be considered for vote as an FMBL Presidential HOF member.
4. If Nominee has contributed a minimum of $10,000 value in total contributions/sponsorships/etc, Nominee will automatically be inducted into FMBL Founders Club HOF.
