TROPHY CEREMONY
Effective 2013, OMYA does not provide participation trophies at the end of the year, for any sports.

**BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS**
We ask that all parents, players, and families involved inside of OMYA simply remember that volunteers run our Organization. Every aspect of our program cannot succeed without the invaluable time invested by so many individuals. Every parent, coach, player, Director, and Board Officer; represents our Organization. All County rules regarding; profanity, verbal conduct, smoking, alcoholic beverages, and physical threats, are STRICTLY enforced by our Organization. We reserve the right to remove any parent or player from our Organization, in the event of poor conduct. There will be no refunds issued to a player or parent removed from their respective team, due to poor behavior. OMYA reserves the right to refuse acceptance of future registrations from players or parents who have not abided by our policy regarding behavior expectations, in the past. Inappropriate behavior (from a parent or a player) towards any Coach, teammate, fellow parent, Board Officer, or Director will not be tolerated.

Parents/Guardian Release Agreement
I/We hereby certify that the above named child is physically able to participate in the Old Mill Youth Association program and that the child has no physical or mental impairments. I, individually, and as a parent/guardian of my child hereby give my approval for my child to participate in any and all OMYA activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation during transportation to and from the activities.

I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless OMYA, its Directors, Officers, Coaches, Organizers, Sponsors, Supervision Staff, Participants, and any other affiliates, persons transporting my child to and from activities; For, from, and against all liability because of any bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage, known or unknown, which may occur or results from the participation of the above named child in any and all activities, whether the result of the negligence or for any other cause of the Anne Arundel Youth Football Association. I understand I am responsible for the return of all equipment belonging to OMYA which has been issued to my child.

CHECK POLICY
OMYA does not accept personal checks. Acceptable payments can be made via Cash, PayPal, or CashApp.

PHOTOGRAPHS
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is now acknowledged, I hereby grant Old Mill Youth Association the irrevocable right and permission, throughout the world, in connection with the photograph(s) of myself or my child, which were taken by Old Mill Youth Association or of which I provided to Old Mill Youth Association the following: the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, said photographs, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium or form of distribution, and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses, and other trade purposes, as well as using my name in connection therewith, if Old Mill Youth Association so desires.

REFUND POLICY
OMYA does not issue refunds, of any amount, for any sport, for any reason.
