1. I understand that the Stallions registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after February 15, 2018.
2. I understand that there will be a $20.00 returned check fee for all returned checks.
3. I understand that there is no guarantee of equal playing time.
4. It is agreed that the Stallions, E2E, its directors, officers, coaches and/or other officials shall be held harmless and said persons are hereby relieved of any responsibility for any injury received while participating in any practice, game or while traveling to and from either.
5. I agree to return all equipment and uniforms issued by the Stallions to my participant no later than 3 days after his or her last game.
