We will have uniform fittings at Sports Express. Dates/Times will be announced on this website and also our Facebook Page. Please select default uniform sizes if for any reason your child is unable to attend Size Fittings. Ravenna Girls Softball Inc. and Sports Express are not responsible for any size issues with uniforms. Parent/Guardian is responsible to have participant attend a size fitting or understand that the default size chosen will be ordered and we are not responsible if the size does not fit correctly.

Emergency Release:
Having been informed of the organization to provide supervised softball games for the children of the Ravenna community, as a parent/legal guardian of the above-mentioned child. I do hereby give approval to her his participation in any and all of the activities of the Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Inc. during the current season and do so assume all the risks and hazards from activities. In the case of injury to my daughter/son, I do hereby release and absolve the Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Inc. and its duly elected, appointed officers, and members. Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Inc. is not responsible for any transportation to or from the activities.

Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Code of Conduct for Players

By playing softball for the Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Inc., you agree to follow the set of expectations for player behavior listed below.

1. I will show good sportsmanship to all players, coaches, and parents at all practices and games.
2. I will attend every practice and game that I can, and notify my coach if I cannot. I understand that if I fail to attend practices and or games I may be asked by my coach to sit out a game.
3. I will do my best to listen and learn from my coaches.
4. I will treat my coaches, players, and officials with respect regardless of race, sex, or abilities.
5. I understand that if I use abusive language or gestures to any player, coach, or official, I will be ejected from the
game.
6. I will not taunt, yell or in any way try to distract players on the opposing team.
7. I understand that fighting is an automatic ejection from the game.
8. I will shake hands and congratulate the opposing team after every game. I will always conduct myself in a
respectful manner while doing this.
