Sponsorship for Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Inc.

The Ravenna Girls Softball Organization Inc. is raising money for our league to reduce the outside costs to our players. There are many ways for your company to show their support of our community’s commitment to supporting our youth. We need your support to make our league a sport that is able to provide Ravenna Girls with the opportunity to participate.

$140 – Hope Sponsor
• Your sponsorship will enable one (1) player to register and includes the registration fee and uniform – this amount will be given to a player who demonstrates a monetary hardship that would otherwise not be able to participate in the program
• Track sign with your company name will be posted at all home games

$300 – Batter Up Sponsor
• Your sponsorship will go towards equipment and/or field needs for our season
• 3 X 5 banner with company name to be hung at all home games

$300 – Team Sponsor
• Company Logo to be on front of one (1) teams jerseys.
• Team will be recognized as the (Company) Ravenna Softball Team
• Team Plaque will be presented to you after our season

$500 - Team/Banner Sponsor
• Company Logo to be on front of one (1) teams jerseys.
• Team will be recognized as the (Company) Ravenna Softball Team
• Team Plaque will be presented to you after our season
• 3 X 5 banner with company name to be hung at all home games
$800 – Grand Slam Sponsor
• 4 X 6 banner with company name to be hung at all home games
• Two (2) track signs with company name will be posted at all home games
• Thank you certificate will be presented to you after our season

$1,500 – League Sponsor
• Company represented on every teams jersey.
• 4 x 6 banner with company name to be hung at home field
• Track signs with company name will be posted at all home games
• Thank you certificate will be presented to you after our season

Non- Monetary
• Depending on the monetary value of the item, we will recognize you accordingly. We will contact you to discuss your recognition if a level is not already listed above.


Sponsorships can be more than monetary. We are always in need of other donations towards our event. Gift cards and/or certificates to be used for raffle prizes, Food/Drinks for our games and concession area, and also for our league party.
