"Head Count"
For planning purposes, we would like to get a head count of how many people will be joining us for our weekend in Hershey.
This particular count does not necessarily need to reflect the number of people attending the actual competition, or the park, etc.
We are just looking for an approx head count in general, as follows...

Cheerleaders - How many of your children are cheerleaders who plan to attend.

Parents - How many parents of your cheerleader(s) plan to attend.

Participating Siblings/Guests - How many siblings/Guests (approx age 3-15) who WILL be participating in League organized/planned activities (scavenger hunt/games/etc).

Younger NON-participating Guests- How many siblings and/or Guests approx 3 or younger who would most likely NOT be participating in any League organized/planned activities (scavenger hunt/games/etc)

Older Non-Participating Guests -How many Older Siblings and/or Guests (grandparents, Aunts/Uncles/older siblings/etc) who would most likely NOT be participating in any League organized/planned activities (scavenger hunt/games/etc).


How many of each of the following are you planning for?...


HERSHEY PARK TICKETS -

Each ticket purchased can be used 1 time for either Sat OR Sun.

You CAN purchase as many tickets as you want (in case anyone is wanting to go multiple days).

Please keep in mind, however, that we will not know until last minute what time the girls will be competing on Sat, and the League will also be planning some activities for the girls outside of Saturday's competition times and Sunday's park times.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE LEAGUE WILL BE PURCHASING A TICKET FOR EACH OF THE 13 CHEERLEADERS TO ATTEND THE PARK ON SUNDAY!

You will not need to PAY for their TICKET, so please DO NOT include them in your ticket counts.



MEAL TICKET VOUCHERS

These vouchers are available for $11 each and are completely optional.

The Vouchers are good at the locations listed below for the meals listed (see bottom of form).
At a 30% savings, they include the entree, a side and a drink.

HOTEL STAY

The competition itself, as well as a Car Show in the area, have made it more difficult finding a hotel to meet our preferred/required needs.
As of right now, we are deciding between 2 hotel bid offers (each around $120/night) and will make a final decision by week's end.
Please fill out below what your plans/intentions are regarding the hotel stay for each available night, so that the contract can be written up.

We were unable to get all families to commit to a 3rd night as we'd hoped, however it would be nice to still be able to plan SOMETHING early enough Friday evening.

In addition, the hotels are still willing/able to offer the discounted rate for both Thurs and/or Sun, for anyone interested in going early/staying additional nights.

Please give us your best guess as to your intentions for the hotel stay...
