POLICIES & PROCEDURES
*** INSURANCE ***
Proof of team insurance must be shown at check in.

*** BIRTH CERTIFICATES ***
All players birth certificates must be show at check in and remain in the Coach's possession throughout the duration of the event.

*** REFUND POLICY ***
If notification is received 15 business days prior to the start of the event, a refund minus the 20% administration fee will be given. If you notification is received 14 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.

*** WEATHER CANCELLATIONS ***
Please be aware that $50 of the entry fee will be kept to cover administration costs, if the tournament is canceled due to weather or other "Acts of God". However, if teams choose a credit (transfer funds to another North Texas Premier Sports tournament) rather than a refund, no administration fee will be assessed. Teams that play one game will receive a 50% refund. Teams that play 2 or more games will not receive a refund.
