Team Sponsorship Form

Every team is required to at least one $250.00 sponsor. This sponsorship pays for the rest of the league fees, umpire fees, and other fixed cost to keep our kids playing ball in Eustace.
The FIRST sponsor has the opportunity to have their company name displayed on the back of the teams jersey. Other sponsors are welcome and can be displayed on our website.
