2019 Parent/Player Registration Form

As we prepare for the upcoming Season, Sycamore Football Parent’s Club (SFPC) would like to thank the parents for their continued support of the Sycamore football program. SFPC supports players by providing teams meals during summer practices and both pregame and celebratory dinners during the season. To continue our mission, we are asking parents to help support our healthy meal program by contributing $75 per player.

Your single payment of $75 per player includes:

- Lunches for single/double summer practices, and
- Friday night pregame team dinners.

Please note: This $75 feed does NOT cover the Pay to Play fee and SFPC is a different organization than the Sycamore Athletic Boosters.
