If you are unable to make it to the Spring Draft League registration on March 16th, you can submit this form online and email sisoftball13@aol.com to set up payment. Payment must be made NO LATER than March 16th. If payment is not made, you will not be registered for the league. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you do register online and send in your payment, print off your registration sheet and send that with your check/money order to:

Again, checks/ money orders HAVE to be received BY March 16th. We will be selecting teams THAT NIGHT and play will start that Thursday. We are limiting registration to the first 96 PAID registrants. Registering and paying early ensures you a spot.
