2022 FGST Swimmer Stroke Request Form

Use this form to inform the coach(s) that you would like to request specific strokes for specific meet. On-line requests MUST be submitted at least 4 Days prior to a scheduled meet.

You must elect 'NO' to events that you do NOT want to swim. Otherwise you will get an error when submitting the form.

What happens is that four days prior to a meet (i.e. on June 12th for a meet on June 16th), all meet entries are submitted and changes cannot be made.

In summary, it is important that you notify the coaching staff of your stroke request(s) at least 4 days prior to any meet.

You may select a MAXIMUM of 3 Individual Events
