2022 FGST Scratch Sheet & Late Arrival / Early Departure

Please Note ...

On-line Scratches MUST be submitted at least 3 Days prior to a scheduled meet. For example if today is June 1st and you know you will be out of town for our meet on June 24th, you can submit your scratch request at any time prior to June 21st.

What happens is that three days prior to a meet (i.e. on June 21st for a meet on June 24th), all meet entries are submitted and changes cannot be made. As a result, it may not be possible to allow other swimmers to swim in your absence therefore leaving our team at a disadvantage. In summary, it is important that you notify the coaching staff of your scratching at least 3 days prior to any meet.
