I recognize the risks of illness and injury in any exercise/physical fitness or athletic event and am participating in the 2024 "Spring Swing" Tournament upon the express agreement and understanding that I am hereby waiving and releasing the Little Falls Athletic Club and other associated organizations that are participating, from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses or judgements, including attorney's fees and court costs (herein, collectively "Claims") arising out of my participating in the aforesaid event or any illness, injury, or death resulting from there from and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Falls Athletic Club , and its participating associations and others, from and against all such Claims. The tournament reserves the right to alter the tournament format due to any cancellations or weather related difficulties, with partial or no refunds.
