Parent and Player Agreement

Early bird Registration
$95.00 ($95.00 registration plus processing fee $2.50) until 1/15/2025

On 1/16/2025 registration price increases to $150 plus processing fees!

Work Detail
All players will be required to participate is 4 hours of work detail for the league.

The work bond check in the amount of $100, dated 6/1/2025 must be submitted no later than the scheduled tryout. No Exceptions.

Checks should be made out to Hamilton Northern Burlington Babe Ruth.

I hereby state that my child resides/attends school within the Hamilton Northern Burlington Babe Ruth territory and want to participate in the Hamilton Northern Burlington Babe Ruth League Baseball Program. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the league and will play with the team to which I may be assigned. I further agree to protect all League property and to return same when required. I understand that the Sponsors, Managers, Coaches and League Officials shall not be responsible for any injury I may sustain while I am participating in the activities of the league.

I agree to the fees and my intended commitment to my child's participation in the league.

Submission of the registration form either online, by mail or to league official acts as the signature of Parent/Guardian.

IMPORTANT NOTE: New players must provide player agent with a copy of child's birth certificate and proof of residency either by mail or in person prior to try outs.
