WAIVER INFORMATION

- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER BY THEIR PARENTS AND/OR GUARDIAN! (Waivers will be emailed out at least 1 week prior to the beginning of the season games)
- ONLY PLAYERS ON THE ROSTER ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE GAME. (ROSTERS MUST BE IN PRIOR TO THE GAMES AND NO ROSTER CHANGES AFTER THE 4th GAME)
- EACH TEAM GUARANTEED a minimum of 8 GAMES , INCLUDING PLAYOFFS
- INDIVIDUAL TROPHIES AWARDED TO LEAGUE CHAMPIONS IN EACH DIVISION
- Open to all Girl / Boys teams from 2nd through 12th Grade (AAU Age / Grade Rules apply) - Will be grouped by grade levels (Grade levels may be combined if necessary for competitiveness)
- Majority of the games will be played on Saturday and Sunday in Montgomery County Gyms (Some games may be Friday evening if necessary)
- Games will run from 9/18/2022 through 11/20/2022.
- Scheduling requests will be honored to the best of our ability and can be entered on the registration form. (We do not guarantee any schedule requests)
- Schedules Results, stats and additional information will be posted on this site for convenience.
- Divisions will be completed and combined at the discretion of the League.
- A team improperly registered may be disqualified from playing and ejected out of the league without any refund
- The league has the right to move any team that is incorrectly placed at its discretion.
- Many of the games will be recorded! Making it easier for highlight reals etc.
- The cost will be $650.00.
- SPECIAL DISCOUNT for any team that signs up and pay prior to Aug. 15, 2022, the cost will be $500.00.
- $25.00 Multi-team discount for any team that signs up with more than one team from the same organization at the same time.
- Discounts can not be combined.
- COVID Protocols will be followed. (The protocols will be advised before each game as they will change with accordance to the County, state and other jurisdictional regulations.)
- All Teams agree to the Forfeit policy. Forfeiting games could result in being fined $100., Removal from the league, ineligibility for Playoffs/Championships or a combination of any of the prior.
- Rules of Play and Conduct are sent weekly as well with the schedule.

We understand and agree to all the terms above and give the organization the rights to use any and all information in anyway legal it sees fit. Furthermore we hold harmless and give waiver to any and all harm to the players / coaches as this is an intense sport. We also acknowledge that as AAU members that insurance is in accordance to what has been purchased, and any and all accidents or injuries will be reported immediately and the forms required by the organization, AAU and/or any other party will be completed and all cooperation will be give.

The organization agrees to provide all above for any and all participants that pay in full.

All Fees are Non-Refundable. (If for some reason a Division is cancelled the league will refund the appropriate fees within 7 business days)
