SPRING 2025 - GIRLS SOFTBALL Registration 8u/10u/12u

Select the appropriate Softball Division below based on the Player's age on January 1st of the current year.


All players will receive a Uniform Shirt, Uniform Pants, and Socks as part of the registration fee.

WAIVER INFORMATION
I/We hereby give permission for our child/children to participate in all athletic sponsored events, games, and practice sessions. This signed approval shall constitute the waiver of all responsibility and claims against Plowville Athletic Association and its directors in the event of accident, injury, and/or death of our child/children as a result of the risks and hazards from said activities beyond the insurance provided.

I/We hereby give permission for our child's/children's picture to be posted on the Plowville Athletic Associations Website and/or Facebook page.

I/We will respect the property of others including the fields, playgrounds, church, cemetery, school, fire company, and any other adjacent property while participating for Plowville Athletic Association.

I/We will respect the property of other teams when playing at other field locations.

I/We will supervise our child/children while on the playground, pick up trash after ourselves, and maintain a safe environment where all children play.

I/We will not bring dogs or pets to any of the field locations, and I/we will advise others to not bring dogs or pets to any of the field locations. This is for the safety of all children.

I/We understand there is no refund after registration closes and refunds are a lesser percent of the original registration fees.

I/We commit to helping our child/children follow the rules, show good sportsmanship, and be respectful of others and property while participating for Plowville Athletic Association.

I/We have read and agree to follow the Plowville Athletic Association By-Laws (Located under Pages > Plowville AA By-Laws). I/We have also discussed the By-Laws with my child/children.
