OPT OUT INSTRUCTIONS: you may pick one weekend in November to "opt out" of playing VSL games to compete in a tournament. For 2020 Labor Day & Columbus Day weekend there are NO VSL games. It's a "free" weekend to play a tournament. You do not have to list either of these weekends as your opt out on the declaration.
