There is only way to register. You have to register on-line. You may also register at one of our "in-person" registrations, computers will be provided. If you do not own or have access to a computer, you may come to one of the "in-person" registration where we will provide computer access for the on-line registration. MAIL-IN REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
