BEFORE COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, PARENTS AND PLAYERS MUST PRINT AND READ THROUGH THE "CODE OF CONDUCT - PARENT/PLAYER AGREEMENT" WHICH IS POSTED UNDER "CODES OF CONDUCT" AND "FORMS/HANDOUTS" ON THIS SITE AND THE "ATB TRYOUT INFORMATION" DOCUMENT POSTED UNDER "FORMS/HANDOUTS" ON THIS SITE. BY COMPLETING THIS ONLINE FORM, PARENTS AND PLAYERS ARE AGREEING AND ACCEPTING THE COMMITMENT OF PLAYING ALLENDALE TRAVEL BASEBALL. |
