SHOCKTOBER MADNESS HALLOWEEN TOURNAMENT Pool & Bracket According to the Troy Ohio Health Department, they are requiring us to follow the 1 team within 24 hour mandate until further notice. That being said we will play the following tournament within the guidelines of the mandate. THIS IS A TENTATIVE SCHEDULE-TIMES MAY VARY 14U and 16U Teams begin Pool Play double header on Friday October 23, 2020 at 5:45PM, 7:15PM,(14U) 8:45PM, & 10PM.(16U) Bracket play will begin on Saturday October 24, 2020 at 5PM and 7PM 12U will begin Pool Play double header on Saturday October 24, 2020 at 9AM & 11AM and Bracket on Sunday October 25, 2020 will be at 4PM 10U will begin Pool Play double header on Saturday October 24, 2020 at 1PM and 3PM and Bracket on Sunday October 25, 2020 at 2PM Pool Play Games are 75 Minutes-Finish the Inning Bracket Games are 7 Innings-No time Limit Games will be played at: Duke Park, 1670 Troy-Sidney Rd, Troy, OH 45373 Day One Pool Play: Team A 14 vs Team B 9 Team C 11 vs Team D 7 Team E 9 vs Team F 8 Team B 11 vs Team A 10 Team D 13 vs Team C 8 Team F 6 vs Team E 12 Seed based on points earned for your team Team A 24 Points- 1st Seed Team B 19 Points-5th Seed Team C 19 Points-4th Seed Team D 20 Points-3rd Seed Team E 21 Points- 2nd Seed Team F 14 Points-6th Seed In the event of a tie for points, it will go to points scored against the other teams, if that is still a tie, then a coin flip. Day Two Bracket Play Seed #1 and Seed #2 will battle out in the Gold Bracket- Full 7 innings-Winning team will be awarded Seed #3 and Seed #4 will battle out in the Silver Bracket-Full 7 innings-Winning team will be awarded Seed #5 and Seed #6 will battle out in the Bronze Bracket-Full 7 innings-Winning team will be awarded Cost is $375 per team. If you preorder at least 10 t-shirts for your team by September 21, 2020 we will offer a $25 team discount. Cost includes umpires, balls, and parking. T-shirts will be $20 (YS-XL,add $5.00 for XXL) each and proceeds will be given to OGC Scott Herman Foundation.
