| Registration Form 2017-2018 PG Mavericks Registration: Uniform Package Includes: home/away uniform, shooting shirt, backpack, and team shoes. Other items are available for individual ordering on the day of uniform ordering. A fee is required by each participant, per season, to cover the cost of uniforms, team membership, gymnasium fees, administrative fees and tournaments. For purposes of this contract, the basketball season shall be from September 23, 2017 thru August 11, 2018. Parents play an important role in the development of a successful basketball player. This program is intended to be a family-oriented feeder program. Parents MUST be a positive influence on the basketball experience and it is imperative that parents speak and act in a positive and acceptable manner throughout the season, including games, practices, and tournaments. EACH ATHLETE MUST HAVE A AAU MEMBERSHIP BEFORE TRYING OUT (https://play.aausports.org/joinaau/membershipapplication). Additional costs vary by Maverick Elite teams. |
