2018 Add a player to a registered Volleyball team Complete this form if you have already completed your team registration and wish to add another player to your team. Before completing this form, be sure the player you are adding has registered on Community Pass. This player may not play in a game until registration is paid. Please bring the e-mail from the Rec department TO THE NEXT GAME stating the player has been added to your roster and paid registration. Roster updates are often late and only players whose names appear on the roster are permitted to play. Players can be added until April 25, 2018. |

2018 Drop a player from a registered Volleyball team Complete this form if you have already completed your team registration and wish to drop a player from your roster. Players can be dropped until April 25, 2018 Players will receive a $75 credit if they are dropped from the league before the 3rd game. |
