2017-2018 Woodstock Cyclones Registration Form Click on the link above to access the Woodstock Cyclones Registration form for the 2017-2018 season. After you have completed all of the required questions go to the bottom of the page and click the submit form box to send your information as an email. Fee per wrestler $160 2nd family member $145 Fee includes: USA wrestling card (Cost per wrestler $45.00) This is a mandatory card required by the IKWF in order for your child to compete. This serves as an insurance policy to protect your child as and the IKWF, USA wrestling and the club in case of injury. |
