2025 Player Registration The registration fee is NOT REFUNDABLE! Please don't use the "electronic check" option. There is a $30 fee any NSF electronic checks. Fundraising is required of ALL parents. Registration completed after December 1, 2024 deadline for returning players will result in a player being placed on a team that is in the best interest of the league as a whole and possibly losing their spot of their 2024 team. We don't take team requests. Save $25 if registered before Oct. 1. Reduction taken at the checkout page*
2025 Free Registration Form This form allows a parents WHO ARE ELIGIBLE for free registration to register their player online and submit electronically. Players who miss the December 1 deadline will be placed on a team that is in the best interest of the entire league. Only one player can registered at a time. Submit multiple forms if you are family of two or more. Please note this is for Free Registration for 2025 and fundraising is still required during the 2025 season. Free registration for extra fundraising above requirements, acquisition of a sponsorship in 2024 or 2025 managers.
WPYB 2025 Tourney Team Tryout Registration Parents can pre register their children for the Tournament team tryouts with this form.
New to the League Manager Application This is for NEW TO THE LEAGUE MANAGERS.
Sponsorship Payment This form can be used by new and returning sponsors to pay for their sponsorship package.
Tournament Team Payment This form can be used to pay for WPYB Tournament Teams with a credit card. There is an additional CC processing fee for using this form.
WPYB Off Season Pitching Clinic Registration This is for Tournament Team Players WHO have already submitted their league registration only. If there is space, league players will be invited to register. Spot is not reserved until payment is received.
