| I have done some stock car racing up here and all i have to say is that i have looked at some of the pictures of some people's cars and they are in bad shape. i dont understand how they are allowed to race those things, only place for some of them is the car crusher. Jeez up here if you get a dent in your car they tell you to get it fixed but down there it seems like a battle scar or something to be proud of. i was thinking of running a couple of races down there when i came back but there is no chance in H-E double hockey stick that i will ever race there. Anyway thats my rant for today!

| Know what you mean Alberta Newfie. Some of these races are more like crash-up derbies rather than stock car races.

| well you are going to get crashes.i was in one last sunday. and it is no one fault...i never saw a race yet where there was none..not goin to happen...and on dirttrack cars are going to slide so what can you do nuttin..www.car45.tk pics of my car after sunday

| I used to race at race city in calgary, not dirt track but still i know dirt track guys whos cars arent in as bad shape as some of the ones i have seen on here. Plus i never said anything about note liking the racing or not expecting crashes, i just said that you guys need to have your cars in good shape, fix them up after the fenders get beat up. People should read my post more carefully

| the dirt track is alot harder on the cars physically than on a paved tracked. you repair your car every week for 6 months. not with the damage you get out here. it would cost too much and take to much time.

| look maybe some people dont have the time to go working on cause down here we work and still get the car up and i dont think any driver cares about a dent in the car
