| Since we have enough for two four team leagues we have enough to crown two champs. Why didn't we just group it that way from the beginning? Well almost all teams say they are lower division teams. Usually a lot are not. If I'm not totally sure, I group them into eights so four teams will rise to the right level and four will actually be where they should. It gives everyone a hope late in the season. Much like the wild card. Embrace the eight!
