| Here is someone trying to stir the pot. This comes up every year and Remax goes out in the playoff's and does their thing. Until somebody beats them, they are the team to beat.
Bisons and School are good teams, but not the teams to beat.
The Regular seasons doesn't mean anything.

| I'd have to say it's a little premature and presumptuous to be guessing the league champs when most teams haven't even played four games yet....most players have less than 20 AB's. There's a lot of choke time, and a lot of hot streak time left in the regular season.

| The Plumbers got weaker this year having to take the last couple of picks in the "A" draft, however are performing very well. It's too bad that some of the other top teams from last year were allowed to cheat the draft, by paying for guys that were known not to be returning to the league, so that they could turn around and pick up undrafted, "hide at the draft", sandbaggers.

Remax,
This year, if you make it to the "SHOW", play all 15. Don't sit the weak guys, fully dressed, just to win a title in a beer league. If your that good, play all 15 !!!

You are right we only played 13 in the final game. Unfortunately 2 of our elder statesmen were injured in the morning game and we had to proceed with the the remaining 13(we were playing the school at the time, ask them they will verify the story). We have won 4x in 5 years and we have NEVER SAT ANYONE. Get the facts straight. I will let the 2 players on our team know that you referred to them as our "weaker Players". I do not know what you are trying to accomplish with your statements but why don't you put your name to it.

Remember, this is just beer league banter !!
Yes, the Bisons and School are the strongest teams out there. However, the Plumbers, Just In Case, Remax and a few others are by no means "Long shots", as SHR states. Every year, there are suprises come playoff weekend.
As for your "Elder Statesmen", they are both great guys, but everyone plays injured!! Were all old men trying to gain back some of that former glory.

Just so everyone knows, the website administer's (who are on the executive) are capable of seeing the IP address for all of the posts, hence, know who everyone is.
As an aside, Remax is the team to beat and they are a class bunch of guys. The Bisons will give them a tough test this year but don't count out the Plumbers!

If you have a strong left side of the infield, like Kelsey's and Wild Wing, you will beat them. I think Crupi has the best shot of the other teams to make some noise.

| Hey Bo. Remember a number of things about Remax. Firstly, they are a butch of great guys that get along together. They support each other and there is no chirping when something goes wrong. They pull it together and play as a TEAM. That's why they do so well. The Plumbers have had a bit of a lull for a while, but I think we have a pretty good chance along with many others. I think we are going to see some great ball with the new playoff schedule. I played with Remax so I know what I'm saying.
