| He's simply amazing! 3-0 record for pitching, 2 for 2 on outfield assist, game winning hit yesterday, and just an all around exciting person!
My vote would be for MVP is Ryan, who's yours?

| Naughton. My God, that kid is outstanding. And what did the Roosters sign him for in the offseason, a couple million? Talk about a steal. I couldn't begin to tell you the leadership he provides to a team that's just about a dozen players away from going to the state tournament.
Naughton for MVP...no brainer.

| Without a doubt #26 is the early season favorite for the award. The beauty of Ryan Naughton is that I dont think he really knows how good he can become, Hopefully those bozos that run the Rooster team dont detract Ryan from reaching his highest limits.

| Thank you guys for all the kind words. As you know I live and die Rooster baseball and the Skyline league. Every day I spend 3 hours scouting, charting pitches, playing long toss, running poles, smoking poles....etc... I absolutely deserve the MVP of this league. I graduated from St. Thomas University so that means that I am the best. In fact I think that the MVP award should just be changed to the "Naughton"

| Last year when I inquired with Ray Noble about a possible trade for Naughton, Ray asked for a box of baseballs (used). Looks we got the better end of that deal!!

| the great thing about it Horns, is that we never gave Ray the box of balls, i think he forgot about it..Side note the Rooster start this year has many questioning last years MVP Jeff Rothmunds worth, because he has been absent for the most part this year.

| I agree with Naughton being the League Naughton. He struck me out and I am pretty good. But I think that he is actually 4-0 and hasn't given up an earned run in his last 20 innings when he has started. He deserves it and gets my vote.

| Doane...you should worry more about getting some sleep than striking out to the League MVP. That post at like 3:30AM?
You must of been having nightmares of Naughton. Or maybe wet dreams?

| Consider the following: Two of Naughton's wins came against us, White Bear Township, quite possibly the worst team in the State.
What I am trying to say is that although Naughton is, without question, the best looking player in the league and my roommate, I have to give early MVP honors to Adam Larpenteur, the part time designated hitter for Township. He is playing through injury much like a younger Kirk Gibson, and he strikes fear into the minds of opposing pitchers based on his intimidating stature. Without him, we may have not got our big win against Minneapolis Lyon's Pub.

| Well yet again last night Ryan Naughton made a case for "The Naughton", eight strong innings to improve on his already perfect recond, simply amazing.

| Wow, just when I thought he couldn't get any better, he does! Yesterday was the first time I have seen scouts at an amateur game since Joe Mauer played in our league! Ryan is projected in the 10th round of next years draft, but if he keeps putting up numbers like he has been it'll only increase his stock!

| Shark Attack, that slogan applies to the Sharks in the State Tourney every year!!!!
When is the Roosters real MVP ever going to show up. I heard he is slim and trim and looking good hitting BP in the cage. There team offensive numbers will more than likely increase 1-3 runs a game once he is back hitting for them

| Nato, is that you? If so, you are going to have to prove that it is actually you!
If you are really Nato, you will know the answer to this question; What was the name of the C.A.B.A MVP from our team during our second championship run?

| I think teams should start charging admission to watch me pitch. I am just waiting for the call from Tartan High School to be asked to join the "Distinguished Alumni" group. I might not accept the award though because lets face it....its Tartan.
