My Name is Joe...
I was searching around this summer for a baseball league for next spring/Summer.

It has been a # of years since ive played seriously. I recently started a 3 Night workout plan to lose some weight, gain back some of my lost muscle, and quickness.

If any one has any helpful info on tryouts and or signup's please let me know.
