| A lot of people have asked me what the hot bat is going to be for next year. Nothing really stands out that I've hit as "hot. Good news is that the ASA has said that the Miken Freaks will only be good through next year. 2008 they will no longer be legal in ASA sanctioned play.
The good news about this is that the prices have really dropped. If you go on ebay or any other board with Freaks, you can find them at prices similar to what they were 2 years ago.
Just thought I'd pass along to everyone. There are no other bats in ASA (except for possibly the Synergy 2) that are as "hot" as a Freak 100.
