| I do not like the new tie breaker for soccer. I thought each team was going to get one PK each until there was a difference in score. I would rather go back to five players from each team taking PKs than the new sudden death. It has worked, why change it?

| I don't understand the change... Is it because of time? Besides... I have mentioned about the 3 points for a win 1 for a tie 0 for a loss
this way is much easier... and better understood...

| Any thought of a 5 minute overtime period? With or without keepers? Implement sudden death? That way the game doesn't ride on just one player per team. Win as a team, lose as a team

| Oh, Wayne, for traditional soccer PKs, you have to have traditional sized goals.

| When we have pool play we cannot have ties because if two teams tie in the standings and they have played one game and that is a tie there is a chance that we'd get down to just a coin flip to decide who goes to what playoff pool.
We were having very serious problems with the time it was taking for PKs. With games times starting so late due to the amount of teams it can really be a problem. The PKs were taking at least 15 minutes and a 5-minute overtime would be about the same. We can try this. If we don't like it we might build a PK area off of the field.

| WHATS UP WITH THE SOCCER TIE BRAKER? AT THE MEETING IT WAS AGREED THAT WE WOULD HAVE A SUDDEN DEATH SHOOT OUT WHICH SEEMED TOTALY FAIR. THIS NEW IDEA I THINK IS JUST STRANGE AND UNFAIR. I WOULD RATHER GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS LAST SEASON THAN GO AHEAD WITH THIS NEW IDEA. CAN WE KEEP IT HOW IT WAS DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING?

| We also have ref meetings. I get input from the teams and refs try to follow, but sometimes logistics over rule. In this case it wasn't working. Games were running to late into the evening. Staff was working overtime and lights were going off.
We have the meetings so you can have input.
We are trying this out. We are looking at all criteria and will evaluate it as the season progresses.

| It's not that easy Cowboy. When you make the games longer staff will need to be paid more, and that increases the cost of the league.
