i DON'T THINK THE SHOOTOUT ARE A GOOD IDEA..
AND IT IS NOT FAIR THAT ONLY ONE PLAYER FROM THE ANY TEAM HAS A RIGHT TO SCORE...

exactly, if both "teams" earn the tie, both "teams" should try to break it, not just two people.

Perhaps you should try it before you get so upset.

We are very flexible, in fact, at least one of the teams that are complaining about this, missed the registration deadline...but you are playing becasue we went out of our way to accomodate you.

We will evaluate this during the first half of the season.

We support you Dave. We like the idea, it also doesn't delay the start of the next game.

the shoot out idea is not fair and odd. Anyone remember the managers meeting? Whats the point of voting at the managers meeting if we don't go along with it. Sudden death PKs were voted on, anyone remember?

The referees meeting was right after the manager's meeting. I was not aware until I heard from the refs that the games were running so far behind and that it was effecting the referees, so with that knowledge in hand, we decided to make the adjustment.
