| I believe that is how you spell his name. He was sliding for a fly ball in the Church league last night and another players knee collided with him. He was knocked unconscious and the ambulance came and took him. I have word this morning that he was flown to St. Louis and is in a medically induced coma.
I believe this so far to be accurate. If this is not or if anyone knows any updates or different facts, please keep us informed.
Our prayers are with him and his family.

| Spoke to his brother in law this morning who is a trooper with me. He has been flown to St. Louis for treatment and is in a drug induced coma. Due to swelling, some burr holes will have to be drilled into his head. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. Harry

| I just got some information on Chris, the pressure in his brain is subsiding and the doctors were able to take the shunt out and cut back on the medication used to induce his coma so he slowly coming out of it. He was able to squeeze doctor’s hand and move his toes and he is able to breath without the use of a respirator. Doctors feel that he is headed in the right direction and prognosis is good.
Just wanted to let you know… pass to all who would like to know the latest. Please keep him in your prayers.

| This is Chris' sister. I have been with Chris since the accident and he is doing very well. As of Friday, May 25th, Chris can say his name and knows where he is. He is still in intensive care and will probably be there for the next couple of days. On behalf of me and my family we would like to say thank you for all of your love and support. Your thoughts and prayers have meant so much to us. Everyone has been so generous to us and we are forever thankful. Chris and Julie's address is 308 N. Hamlet Street in Marion, Illinois. Once again thank you all for your concern. I will try to keep you posted.
Sincerly, Stephanie Lawrence

| Here is the latest as of Sunday. Chris is still in an intensive care unit. He is gaining a little bit of strength in his left side. Still very drowsy at this point, but remembers his close family. We are working with him every day to remind him of his family and friends. He is aware that he is in a hospital and wants to go home!!!!! He recognizes Julie(wife) and will give her big hugs at times. He is progressing but may need a little rehabilitation. We are talking it one day at a time and being very optimistic!!!!! We need all the prayers we can get and still appreciate everyone's concern. I will let him know that everyone is thinking of him and praying for a 100% recovery.

| Just want to let everyone know that there will be a fundraiser dinner for Chris & Julie after the AM service on June 10th at the First Church Of God. Donations will be collected there as well. I saw him yesterday, he is doing good and is very positive. Please keep him in your prayers, he still has a long way to go, but with all of our prayers he'll be better sooner than later.

| This is A Moore's wife, we did see Chris Monday May 28th, and he is doing very well and yes he still has a way to go until a 100% recovery but we know that God is going to take care of that with all of our prayers. He did ask Adam who won the ball game and when the next game was. Adam told him it was Tuesday but that he thought the two of them would sit this one out. Keep him in your prayers daily! We love you Chris, Julie and Presley.

| Chris was moved to St. Louis Rehab on Tuesday May 29th, feeding tube was removed and on Wednesday May 30th, got a message from Julie that said IV was removed and that he had a therapist helping him out. She also wanted me to let people know that he didn't have a shunt in, that was false info, it was a monitor for pressure. She said Chris will need visitors later on and not too many at this time, she said please ask before you come so that the visits can be spread out.

| I go to church with Chris and got a message from Julie this morning and she said they are working him really hard in therapy and they are keeping him busy in therapy too. She said he feels ok, just going to tak a long time. Keep praying for him and that his therapy will not take as long for him. I can tell that God is working with him already.
