I think I can understand what your asking.
The tiebreaker is no longer a shootout, it is a 1 up Penalty Shot.

Wednesday, the 18th, there was a game that ended with the wrong tie breaker. MY FAULT!!
I did not inform all of the referees.

Any games that ended in a tie breaker will end with 1 up Penalty Shots, if not than the tie breaker must be replayed with the correction. I will talk with Dave and we will come up with a good time to replay that tie breaker.

That game is still considered a tie.

If there were any other games that finished the wrong way, than those games are considered a tie as well and must replay the tie breaker.

Again, I apoligize !

Since the very beginning Shootouts were not favored... Perhaps teams went through the shootouts yesterday, I think that it is only fair to keep it that way since it is agonizing to lose/win that way... We cannot go through it again.. There is no point on recreating the ending of a game.. What was done was done... Next time be more clear with your refs..
FOR ALL REFS,, THERE ARE NO MORE SHOOTOUTS..

The shoot out is listed on the schedule, it's a one up, meaning that after an even amount of kicks it's over as soon as a team has a 1-up advantage...which, is how we are going to play it from now on...despite what Firefly says...I don't know what happened on Wednesday, but we are not going to re-write rules everytime a ref makes a different call.

Dave,
Are you referring to actually taking PK's? With each team getting one a piece until there is a difference in score?

Look, the communication with referees were bad and sorry for that, but we have to fix it. There were 2 women games for sure that had the wrong tie breakers done. This was not the referee, on those games, fault. I did not relay the message to him. I take the blame and the heat, but we do have to make this right !

I believed the shoot outs were out this season.. That is what I was told ... It was discussed at the meeting... When our game came to a tie... I wasn't expecting a shoot-out..
Reading the schedules it is printed that in case of a tie there will be a shoot-out..
We did the shoot-out and won..
So there is nothing to fix...

Obviously, you were told one thing and I was told something else. I will talk with Dave on Monday and he will have to call you on what he wants to do.

Sorry Firefly, but we added more teams and now teams can only face each other once. When we were at the meeting we had only 6 teams.
