Hey Terry,
I bought them from here:
http://www.battingcagesinc.com/turf.htm

When I bought them, they only had the 4 x 6 mats and not the 4 x 7 mats. It looks like they have a lot of other options now too.

What we did was to have the park district dig the batters boxes out and use 2x6's to make a 5'4" x 3'4" concrete form. The dug it pretty deep and filled it with rock, tamped it and then set the forms and poured a concrete pad on each side of home plate making sure to keep it far enough below home plate heighth so that when the mat is put on top, it's still a tad below or even with home.

Then they took rolled glue on the concrete and put the mats down keeping 4" on each side to fold over the concrete. Then they put some spikes against the mats to pin then to the concrete and then backfilled it with the dirt.

Our mats on each side are 5'4" x 3'4" and if they had had the bigger mats, I would have gotten those instead. They could stand to be a foot longer, but they're working out pretty well.

If you need anything else, email me.
