| The Johnston City Fire and Police Departments are organizing it's 1st Annual slow pitch softball benefit tournament to be held at Pyramid Park in Marion, IL on Spetember 8th and 9th.
This tournament will use mens rules, however, female players are welcome to play any position. All teams are welcome, not just Fire/Police teams.
Entry fee will be $150.00 per team and everyone will hit the same size balls that were used in summer for men's teams.
Trophie's will be given to every team involved, in addition to prizes given to the winning team(s).

| No...this is not a co-ed tournament, and most teams so far ARE all male. We just did not want to alianate any female police officers or firefighters...or anyone for that matter.
You can play all mean or 9 men and one woman for all we care...but mens rules apply...and everyone hits the mens balls.
