| Just asking?I heard theres no tournament or playoff for 1&2 and 3&4.How about throwing all 3 co-ed leagues together and have a single elimination tournament? If thats not workable we can have a single elimination tournament for just the A co-ed league.5 teams 1 bye equals 4 games. We could wrap it up in one night and everyone would be happy. If thats not possible then my team will bow out so the other 4 can play.

| "I heard theres no tournament or playoff for 1&2 and 3&4" When did you hear this? At the managers meeting when it was announced, talked about and voted on in 2006 & 2007?
I have not done a playoff when there are 4, 5, or 7 teams in a division. Reason is that they play the other teams in the division an even amount of times. Example, 5 teams in a division, each team plays the other 4 teams 3 times(doubleheaders), giving them 24 games. Don used to give 16-18 games and then a tournament. This has been voted on and talked about every year before the year starts. Do people want a guaranteed 24 games or 18 games and a tournament? It's always been 24 games.
There can be a tourney, but someone would have to put it on and it would cost more money.

| I heard it from rob last night.Looked up at what you were saying and I understand about the number of teams.Seemed like a playoff was a good conclusion to the season. With no playoff it just feels like theres no closure.Plus the teams that get knocked out early still have something to look forward to.Bad News Bears or Hoosiers.Always a dream to be last and win it all in the end.

| It would be, but league fees would have to be raised.
